My passions are diamonds and my hometown, Portland, ME. After receiving my Graduate Gemologist degree from G.I.A. in 2012, I came back to work for the family business on the sales floor, putting my knowledge of diamonds and gemstones to work. Now, as the Estate and Diamond Department Manager, I travel between our three locations buying, selling, trading and sourcing jewelry for our clients. In addition, I buy and source diamonds for our Bridal and Diamond Bar inventory.

What do you buy?
Springer's Jewelers buys any item containing precious metals such as gold, silver or platinum. Missing earrings, broken chains, dented bangles - we buy it. We do not, however, purchase coins and sterling silver flatware through our mail in program. Still have questions about what you should send in, or unsure if what you have is "real"? Don't worry. As soon as you check out with your Sell By Mail Kit, we will contact you to make sure you are selling us the correct items.
How will I get paid?
We offer payment options that work best for you. Our standard payment is by company check sent via the US Postal Service; however, we can also pay via PayPal to help you get paid faster (subject to PayPal fees). Or maybe you want to take your money and purchase something new? We can also turn your offer into Store Credit, to be used at any Springer's Jewelers location and online at SpringersJewelers.com, at any time.
How long does it take to get my offer?
Once we get your package, we will have your offer within 48 hours.
is my package insured?
Yes. Before we send you your kit, we will work with you to determine the appropriate amount of insurance to apply to your package. You just need to drop off your package at a staffed Post Office, or schedule a pickup through the USPS. You must have a receipt from USPS saying that your package has been received for it to be insured.
Do i have to accept your offer?
You are under no obligation to accept our offer. If you decline, we will return your items to you free of charge.
How long do I have to accept the offer?
Our offers are based on today's gold market, which can fluctuate. If you wait to accept your offer, it could result in an increase or decrease in your final offer. Your final offer will be determined the day you accept your offer.
