For Flex’ It Bracelets: These bracelets are made to slide over the wrist comfortably. They have no clasp as they are made from the FOPE Flex’ It technology with hundreds of 18-carat gold springs. Simply measure the circumference of your wrist with a tape measure, thread, strip of paper, or fabric, and compare below.  

For Classic Rings: To measure your ring size, take a ring you already wear and compare its diameter with those in the values below:
