In-House Watch Repair Services
Rolex Authorized Service Center
As a Rolex Authorized Service Center, Springer's is committed to offering you first-class after-sales service. With uncompromising professionalism and expertise, our Rolex watchmaker ensures that every timepiece leaving our Rolex workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications, and is covered by a two-year Service Guarantee. Battery & Pressure Tests
Recommended for all water resistant watches, we can test it to make sure that it will remain water resistant after changing the battery on your watch. New gaskets will be installed if necessary. Please allow up to two weeks turnaround for this service. There is a $60 fee for this service.
Watch Refinishing
We can polish your fine swiss timepiece and give it that shiny new look. Please allow up to 2 week turnaround and starts at $100 for Non Rolex timepieces. Starts at $200 for Rolex timepieces.
In-House Minor Watch Repairs
We can replace crystals, gaskets, hands and movements in-house. Theses services start at approximately $65 and take up to 3 weeks depending on parts availabilty.
Watch Batteries
While you wait simple battery changes. Depending on the timepiece, this should be done every year. Price starts at $20.
Watch Strap Adjustments
While you wait we can adjust metal watch bracelets and replace watch bracelets for most watches.
Facilitated Services for Outsourced Repair
If we are unable to work on it in-house, we will ship your timepiece directly to the manufacturer's service center or an authorized service center for servicing. As authorized jewelers, we work directly with Rolex, Tudor, Tag Heuer, Tissot, and we can also facilitate repairs for Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Omega, Jaeger LeCoultre, Citizen, and more. Turn-around times vary: approximately 8-16 weeks, subject to parts availability, vintage of timepiece, and service center. There is a $50 shipping charge that is not refundable. An estimate will be provided prior to any work being performed.
Engraving Services at Springer's
Marking a memory, personalization, or just good old fashioned identification is best done with engraving.
PREMIUM WATCH MACHINE ENGRAVING
Marking a memory, personalization, or just good old fashioned identification is best done with engraving. With Premium Machine Engraving, we can expertly expertly engrave anything from a company logo, special fonts, monograms and more. Turnaround time for a watch is approximately 4 weeks.
