- Items returned within 30 Days of sale may receive a full refund.
- Items returned within 60 days of sale may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit.
- Special orders, engraved items, or altered items are not subject to refund or exchange.
- All items returned or exchanged must be new and unused with original packaging and the sales receipt.
- If you are planning on presenting the ring at a later date, let us know. Together we can make arrangements at the time of sale to extend the guarantee. The agreed upon terms will be clearly printed on your receipt.

- Springer's Jewelers offers free return shipping on all eligible online orders. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Items returned within 30 days from the date of delivery may receive a full refund, minus the initial shipping charge, if applicable.
- Within 60 days from the date of delivery, items must be returned in person to a store location (Bath, Portland or Portsmouth)for merchandise exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Due to the unique nature of these items, Special Orders and Alterations cannot be cancelled,refunded, or exchanged.
- All items returned or exchanged must be new and unused with original packaging, tags, paperwork and the sales receipt.
