When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been verified.


What if an item is no longer available after I check out?

Due to the unique nature of our jewelry, quantities are often limited. While we do our best to keep our online inventory current, some items may become unavailable after you checkout. In that event, your credit card will be refunded for the purchase amount and your personal Online Shopping Concierge will be in touch with alternate options.


I'm missing items from my order.

If you did not receive your entire order, the remaining item(s) may be arriving in a separate shipment. View your order details to verify which item(s) may have shipped separately. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and viewing your recent orders.


There is a problem with my order.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your shopping experience to be perfect. If you see an issue with your order, call or email [link to email] us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.


The ring I want to purchase is not in my ring size. Can you size it?

Every ring fits every finger differently. We try our best to keep our in-stock merchandise consistent with ladies rings sized at 6.5 and men’s rings sized at 10. See a ring you love that’s not in your size? No problem. Just contact your Online Shopping Concierge and they’ll be happy to special order the ring in your size. Please note that shipping may be delayed on certain ring sizes and styles and some estate rings cannot be sized (see below).


Why can’t some Estate rings be sized?

Most rings can be altered to fit your finger size, but due to the unique nature of some Estate pieces, such as eternity diamond rings and tension bands, we cannot modify these rings without compromising the integrity of the jewelry.


What will I need to get my purchase covered under my insurance policy?

For items $1000 and above, we provide free insurance documentation for you to submit to your insurance company. Two copies of the documentation will be sent to the billing address listed on your order – one for your records and the other for your insurance company.


My order is a gift. Will an invoice be included with the shipment?

How nice of you! Gifts will not come with a receipt. A complete order invoice and insurance documentation, if applicable, will be sent to the billing address listed on your order.


How will you ship my order?

We hate shipping charges, too. At Springer's Jewelers all orders are shipped for free via USPS. Need it sooner? All orders can be upgraded to overnight shipping for a fee of $75. Please note that all packages will require a signature, so make sure you are shipping it to a place where someone can sign for it, such as your workplace.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We do our best to get you your order without delay. In-stock items typically take 5 business days to process and an additional 1-3 days to ship, depending on your shipping method. Special orders, special sizes and alterations can take up to 6-8 weeks. Need it sooner? Contact your Online Shopping Concierge at onlinesupport@springersjewelers.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Will you ship my order internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.


My package arrived damaged.

You can refuse the item if you see any damage or quality issues. Make sure to call us at 207-347-4995 or email at onlinesupport@springersjewelers.com.


How do I return my order?

We are sorry it didn’t work out. If you wish to return your item via the mail within 30 days of delivery for full refund minus shipping charges, you must contact us for an RA# by emailing us at onlinesupport@springersjewelers.com. This RA# number must be included inside of the package being returned so that we can properly credit your account. You will be emailed a USPS prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to you on the method of payment used in the original purchase whenever possible. You may also wish to return or exchange your merchandise to any of our three locations.
Certain items, however, may not be returned:

  • Personalized items (ie. initial rings, name bracelets, engraved or monogrammed items)
  • Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).
  • Watches may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging, with the original box and all original documentation enclosed.

Do you carry additional styles in your stores?

Most of the styles and brands that are displayed in our fine jewelry stores are available for purchase on this site. If there are specific brands that restrict the sale of their merchandise, our staff is highly trained and can offer additional assistance in the stores, as well as show the complete collection of jewelry and timepieces we carry. We highly recommend browsing online and in the store to view our full collection, speak with an educated Fine Jewelry Professional, and use the most comfortable method of purchasing your jewelry and timepiece. If you are still looking for that something uniquely special and distinctive, you can schedule an appointment with one of our Fine Jewelry Professionals to discuss the design and manufacture of a custom piece of fine jewelry. Simply book an appointment and we will have one of our Fine Jewelry Professionals follow up with you.


I saw a piece I liked in one of your stores, but I cannot find it online. How can I purchase it from home?

To make a purchase from home, simply call the store in which you saw the piece, and ask to speak with the Fine Jewelry Professional who assisted you or a member of store management.


Will I be charged sales tax on my online purchases?

Springer’s Jewelers is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped within states where we do business. Therefore, all Springer’s Jewelers online and phone orders would include sales for deliveries within the state of Maine.


Do you offer online financing?

Springer’s Jewelers offers generous in-store financing options, [link to financing page], however, these programs are unavailable for online orders. Orders must be paid in full at time of checkout.
