Return Policy

• All items returned must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
• Items returned within 30 days of sale may receive a full refund.
• Items returned within 60 days of sale may be exchanged for merchandise store credit.
• Special orders, engraved items, or altered items are not subject to refund or exchange.
• Watches must be returned new and unused with original packaging.

• Lay-a-ways
  • 20% minimum deposit
  • Balance paid within 6 months
  • Cancelled lay-a-ways after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
